This is my favorite store for general pet needs. The staff always greats customers upon entry, ask if you need any help, and even help carry items to the front for you when you're getting multiple items. All in all 5 out of 5. If I could, I'd tap 10 out of 10.

The associate very friendly and helpful. Immediately greeted me upon entering the store. Asked if I needed help finding anything. Showed me sale items and assisted me in checking out with the self service check out when I got confused about thr coupon being applied

Staff was friendly.helpful and informative. They did share price Comparisons and delivery. They also shared info about foods that might be good for a picky young pup. Because of the nature of dog selection from food choices. Toys, supplements, bedding and more, I felt assured that I would be able to find everything that I wanted. They also shared information about their policies on opened unsuccessful dog food which can be returned with receipts for equal value credit. They offer weekly/monthly discounts on several products. I can say, I believe I’ve found my all to find pup shop !!! 😀

I had run out of cat food without realizing, and had to quickly find and source a new food and store to purchase from. I’m very glad I chose Hollywood Feed. I don’t usually try to shop before closing times, but my lack of forethought had me scrambling. I walked in with about 10 minutes before close, and Jay was able to help me pick a new cat food, show me a picture of a kitten they fostered, let me show off my cats, and recommended a another food purchase that I will be making in the future! I was impressed with their enthusiasm, knowledge, and the courtesy they showed me. Plus it was done in record time! I was out the door in about 7 minutes. I couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you Jay!

So I called myself being a good girlfriend today and told my boyfriend no babe I’ll go grab the dog some food before you get off of work. I never realize how hard it was to find the very specific food thank God Google directed me to Hollywood feed and the young ladies. Brittany and Jay helped your girl out. I was gonna have to drive 45 minutes to go find that food but then they let me know that they could just get delivered to my house so crisis averted I get to go shopping for makeup and the dog has food and I’m still a good girlfriend thanks ladies.

As I walked in, Henry greeted me w SINCERE FERVOR and, CARE!!! He asked me a few questions about my needs and answered a few queries I had. He then went to finish his other store activities as I shopped at my leisure. Mo then came to the register and, she greeted me w the same SINCERE CHARM and, DESIRE TO HELP!!! She was equally as friendly as Henry if, not MORE SO!!! She continued to help as, I had other questions and, she asked about my pups (I LOVE talking about my pups!!!) which made me happy as well. Henry and, Mo are GREAT personnel AND, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THID LOCATION simply from their ENERGY & ENTHUSIASM alone!!! GREAT STORE and GREAT TEAMWORK from these GREAT TEAM MEMBERS!!! 💪🏾✊🏾🤌🏾

I brought a pitbull/boxer mix rescue to be scanned for a chip. Tara was fantastic and very helpful and then helped me with getting my new dog a leash, collar, harness, a great bed and some toys. Tara was wonderful with Moxie (her new name)! Moxie and I thank you, Tara and Hollywood Feed!

Fantastic customer service and advice on the best dog food options for my dogs. Great, professional, mannerisms that were not lost upon me. I definitely recommend the downtown Decatur and Brookhaven/Chamblee locations personally.

Everyone in this store is knowledgeable, friendly, personable, and extremely helpful! Their products are amazing. I love that I can return items if my very picky, lunatic cats & dog don’t like them.
